Welcome to Madagascar! Upon your arrival in Antananarivo, our team will greet you and transfer you to your lodge. Depending on your arrival time, relax and settle in.
Overnight at Amontana Lodge, Radisson Suite, or similar (BB).
After a briefing at the hotel, drive east along National Road 7.
Pass through the Highlands, with its rice paddies and rolling hills,
gradually giving way to the scenery of the south. Visit the
aluminium manufacturer in ambatolampy. Along the way,
stop at various viewpoints for photos and to observe the
local lifestyle, including agricultural activities
Antsirabe-Miandrivazo ( 220 Km, 6hours)
Overnight at Princesse Tsiribihina on BB or similar
1st day of descent of Tsiribihina in barge
This morning, you are taken to Masiakampy which is 30 kilometer
from your hotel in Miandrivazo. after, you embark on a barge, a flat-bottomed boat used mainly for river navigation. It's gone for the descent of the Tsiribihina river, "the river where we do not dive" in French because crocodiles have made it their home! During this trip by boat, you will discover the fauna and flora of this region of Madagascar which has remained entirely preserved: endemic plants like kalanchoes, baobabs, aloes, but also birds, reptiles and lemurs of course! You also observe the way of life of the people who live on the banks of the river: this is also the other strong point of this descent into a barge! You go down to Nosy Ampela where the bivouac is ridden for the night, and you sleep under the tent: what you make wonderful memories of your trip to Madagascar!

2nd day of descent of Tsiribihina in barge Berevo
after breakfast, you go back o the boat to continue the descent of Tsiribihina the
westwards. In the morning, you stop at the edge of the river to follow a small path that leads straight to a spectacular waterfall: climbing through the forest, you reach a natural pool where you can swim peacefully, in the heart of the nature.
After the bathe , join again your barge and the adventure continue. you contemplate you
have your lunch on the boat near the cliff of basalt. Many species of birds have been
recorded and seen around the river that you can spot, such as kin fishers, teals, herons,
humpback ducks ... In the afternoon, you land in Berevo , a charming village
surrounded by rice fields where you can perhaps attend a traditional show of sakalava
songs. The banks of the river the ideal setting

3rd day of descent of Tsiribihina Distance traveled: 100 km
After breakfast, you start this third day of descent of the Tsiribihina River. The forest
landscape gives way at the en of the morning to a less steep terrain, the river widens
more and more and forms meanders between sandbanks: you soon arrived in Belo-sur- Tsiribihina! The river is more frequented by all sorts of boats that confirm the importance of this small town: it is the gateway to Tsingy, the only natural reserve in
Madagascar inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. You have lunch on the boat for the last time and you join the mainland where a 4WD awaits you. You’ll reach the village of Bekopaka in four hours drive where your hotel is located.

Morning visit of the karstic formation called “Big Tsingy” this one located at 17 km from the village.. All of the largest of Tsingy , limestone massive and its wildlife are protected. The Madagascar National Park, the manager built impressive walkways circuit for our hiking with safety inside the park. There are a circuit with cable robes, rocky steps, steel
ladders and even a suspension bridge over one of the canyons an it’s funny. you enjoy
the hang bridge pass. After lunch, visit of the small Tsingy, another art of nature simply different of the big one, and located near the village .

Breakfast and drive back on he same way, adventure . On the way back you have lunch and discover Mad Zebu restaurant
Drive to Morondava passing by The renowned and famous Baobab Avenue,
Baobab Amoureux. A moment of pictures these baobab trees on Madagascar are up to 800 years old. Local known as “mother of the forest,” the baobab are a home to snakes, bats, bush,bees, and sometimes even humans. More importantly, the tree is an important source of water—it can store up to 4000l of water in its trunk.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Morondava.
Spend the afternoon exploring the town, learning about its history, and meeting with a local NGO involved in environmental preservation..

- Drive for 30 minutes to Ramena Beach, then sail on a traditional motorized boat for a full-day excursion to explore the Emerald Sea, a paradise islet with white sand and stunning turquoise waters.
- Enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or simply relaxing while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
- Savor a picnic lunch, with optional massage or participation in local cultural activities.
- Sail back to Ramena Beach, then return to Diego Suarez, admiring the sunset over Sugarloaf, along with the endemic baobabs of Diego Suarez at the foot of the French Mountain.

- Hike inside the Ankarana national park, the realm of caves, underground rivers, and canyons, is best known for the famous Grand Tsingy, the second-largest limestone massif in Madagascar, extended to 18 000 ha of superficies, famous for its sharp pinnacles. Observe wildlife such as crowned lemurs, geckos, and endemic birds. Six hundred and seventy (670) species in one hundred and eight (108) families, with thirty-nine (39) species being strictly endemic to the park. Most of the trees have deciduous leaves, and many bloom from September to November.

After breakfast, take a speedboat for a 25-minute ride to Nosy Tanikely Marine Park.

Engage in snorkeling, swimming, and relaxation while marveling at the breathtaking scenery.
Later, transfer by speedboat to Nosy Komba, where you will hike to explore the island's nature reserve. Here, you can observe Macaco lemurs, chameleons, turtles, and snakes in their natural habitat.
Your visit continues with a stop at the women's association in Marodoka, where you can exchange ideas and learn about their initiatives.

After breakfast, take a 50-minute drive by bus to Ambatozavavy.
Along the way, visit the Ylang-Ylang plantations, where you will discover the fragrant perfume flower and learn about its transformation process.
At Ambatozavavy, your adventure continues with a local boat ride. You can row for about 40 minutes along the mangrove-lined coast, enjoying aquatic bird observation, until you reach the village of Ampasimpohy.
From Ampasimpohy, embark on a hike to the private reserve of Lokobe, accompanied by a local guide.
Take a leisurely trek through this lush reserve, home to an array of endemic fauna and flora, typical of the humid forests in northern Madagascar.
Encounter chameleons, frogs like the Mantella Betsileo, lemurs, butterflies, boas, and endemic birds, among other fascinating species. This reserve is also a haven for botanists.
Enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach at Ampasimpohy.
Return to Ambatozavavy by 3:00 PM and drive back to your accommodation.
